Generally in Japan, the ice of Kakigori is crunchy. It makes headache easily. Also it is served with various flavored syrup such as strawberry, melon, lemon, condensed milk and so on,and they are almost manufactured syrup.
The ice of Unjyo is so fluffy. It's because of the water made ice.It is meltwater coming from Mt. Fuji taking long time.Unjyo ice is made of that water. It has been frozen slowly and carefully over 2~3days. That's why nobady eaten them have headache.

They also have a hut that have 4~5 tables. It has perfect air condition so you would enjoy waiting times there even in the winter.
I have to address you a few bad things.Firstly it is about location of Unjyo. It takes long distance from the train station. The nearest one is Fujinomiya taking 30 minutes by car.
Secondly,it's very crowded in summer holiday season especially afternoon.Sometimes wait 90 minutes. If you want to go there when it's not crowded, you should go there before midday.
