Kuronkyu macrobiotics style summer sweets

Don't you get hot easly?If so,It might be worth to try this summer desert,called Kuronkyu.

kuronkyu:Ajian sweets
Kuronkyu is the Hong Kong origin of the sweets.Its looks and tastes both are so cool.It is sweet enough without suger to put many fruits.This is the macrobiotics way to cook.

Ingrediense

fruits (watermelon,blueberry,orange,kiwi,whatever you like)
water 500cc
Kanten powder  5g(vegan gelatin made from seaweed)
nip of salt
soda 

How to make

1.Dice fruits.

2:Put 1 into the round ice tray up to 60~70%.

3.Put 5g Kanten powder and nip of salt into pan with water.

4.Heat 3 until it boils.

5:Pure 4 into 3 to overflowing from small hales.

6:Cool 1 hour in the refrigerator.

7:Serve with soda.


Kuronkyu is very easy to make.Why don't you give it try!
